Retail Customer Service Officer

About the opportunity:

As our Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience.

 

-This is a casual role with an hourly rate over $33.00.

- Flexible hours available from 10 to 30 hours per week.

- A casual position with fixed shift.

- Work Location- Maroochydore.

 

You'll be:

-Performing customer sales and service transactions with customers. Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)

 

-Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions.

 

-Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities Assisting customers with mail lodgments and associated costs

 

-Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.

 

About you? 
You’re friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love working in a team environment. You'll also need to:

  • Have experience in customer service and/or cash handling.?
