We are looking for a person who has:
• Experience within the RV or light to heavy vehicle industries.
• Logical problem solving and understanding of technical issues.
• Effective communication and telephone skills.
• High organisational and administrative skills.
• Careful attention to detail and processes, work in a systematic and methodical manner.
• Ability to organise and coordinate external repairs through a network of preferred agents.
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
• Ability to plan & execute to deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills, including CRM & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Committed and reliable company and team member.
Your role is to:
• To support the Zone RV clients and team members with any technical issues to ensure that all clients receive professional service consistent with a premium quality product and market leading brand.
• To work closely with and maintain open communication with engineering and production teams for product updates and technical issues.
• Provide monthly reporting on technical issues to Management.
• Maintain client information in our CRM platform.
• Provide a high standard of customer satisfaction via quick response times.
• Assist with implementation of new programs and procedures as required.
